Oconee Rotary Builds Wheelchair Ramp for Local Girl

In October, Oconee Rotary built a wheelchair ramp for local girl Anna Kate Frazier.  Anna Kate has Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder which mainly affects girls.  You can read more about Rett Syndrom at Anna Kate's webpage - www.girlpower2cure.org/annakate
