Classic City Rollergirls to play season opener this Saturday at The Classic Center Arena

ATHENS, Ga. – The Classic City Rollergirls will kick off their season this Saturday, Jan. 31 at The Classic Center Arena in downtown Athens with the team’s annual Green vs Black intraleague bout.
Doors open at 6 p.m., and the action will start at 7 p.m.
The Rollergirls will be a house divided as the skaters face off against each other in this exhibition bout. Fans will get a chance to see their favorite veteran skaters return to the track, plus get a chance to meet the team’s newest additions.

Tickets are $12 in advance, and $14 at the door. Tickets for children ages 12 and under are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. Children 5 and under get in free. Click here to buy tickets.
A portion of the proceeds from this bout will benefit Children First, a local nonprofit dedicated to promoting safe homes for children in times of family crisis.

This is the second season the Classic City Rollergirls have played their home games at The Classic Center Arena.
The next Classic City Rollergirls home bout will be Saturday, Feb. 14 at 7 p.m. against the Greenville Derby Dames.
