Testing has ramped up greatly since April 13, but testing clearly does not explain the new numbers, as the percentage of positive cases from the tests designed to confirm the virus have increased greatly as well.
In the 10-county Northeast Health District, the number of cases added was 20, and the seven-day rolling average of added cases increased to 42.6, a new record. The previous high had been on Saturday.
