"Coyote Attacks Man and His Dog"

 As you can clearly see in this article, "Hazing" as recommended by HSUS and other animal rights organizations had no effect on this Coyote. In fact, it caused the Man to be attacked. As I've stated before, these organizations have NO concept of the aggressive behavior of the Coyote, regardless of what they say. Now the man will have to go thru the extremely expensive Post Exposure Rabies Vaccine Series which can run from several thousand to $9000 depending on the state. This is due to the fact that there the vaccine is in short supply. I wrote an article recently warning the general public about hazing coyotes here on the Patch. A woman had been walking her dog and a coyote attacked it. Instead of giving the beast the dog, she tried to fight it off and was bitten. She also is having to go thru the very painful and expensive treatment as well as her pet. As difficult as it may be, just give the coyote the dog or cat. They want it as food to feed their pups and as I've said before, they are the most aggressive during this phase of the pup rearing season. If you are not going to carry a 9mm or larger pistol while walking your dog in an area that has coyotes(which is everywhere in the usa, urban and rural) then you are in essence walking food on a leash. This has just begun. Look for more news reports on coyote attacks and remember, these are just the ones being reported. This is why I carry a Weapon on my line in case I encounter an abnormally aggressive or Rabid coyote.
