EALL Majors Participate in All Star Tournament

East Athens Little League’s Major League (11- and 12-year olds) All Star team competed in the District 6 tournament in Elberton, Georgia, beginning on July 10. After losing their first game of the double-elimination tournament to Oglethorpe County, the East Athens All Stars bounced back the next day with a decisive, 16-2 victory over Masters City, a league that has won the state championship in recent years. EALL was eventually eliminated by the Martinez Evans National team.

Selected because of their outstanding performance throughout the regular season, this year’s EALL all-stars were Gabe Bush, Jackson Camp, Miles Camp, Ethan Connelly, Ben Cuneo, Patrick Gresham, Zachary Kulik, TK Monford, Jake Pintar, and Maison Waldroup. The team was coached by Pat Cuneo, Rich Connelly, and Chris Camp.
