Artist Beverly Pepper Delivers Georgia Museum of Art "Special Reopening Lecture"

The Georgia Museum of Art (GMOA) brings Beverly Pepper, a world-renowned sculptor, to UGA to deliver its "Special Reopening Lecture." Pepper's sculpture, "Ascension," is a new addition to the GMOA's permanent collection and will be installed in the Performing and Visual Arts Quad at UGA. It will be on view for the first time during the GMOA's "Art Expands," its weeklong reopening celebration. Pepper's lecture will take place in Ramsey Hall in the UGA Performing Arts Center.
