Holy Yoga of Athens will hold a gentle yoga class for ladies only. The class will feature a soft and slow exploration of postures and breath with some movement. Instructor Mary M. states that the class is: "Great for beginners or just as an opportunity to let God's grace in." All levels are welcome and attendees need to bring a mat and block.
All classes are free, but please bring a small toy to help fill an Operation Christmas Child shoebox.
