Agents of the Reaper, sequel to Sebastian and the Afterlife, to be available in February
Sebastian and the Afterlife, a novel that involves soul pirates in a mystical realm between life and death where the Grim Reaper tries to maintain order according to the law, is the first in a series about Sebastian. The 17-year old Sebastian and his friends try to find their way through the spirit world, while longing for his lost love in the living, mortal world. Published in February, 2011 by The Writer’s Coffee House, the book is part of a middle-grade series written by Bogart’s own William j. Barry.
On February 8, the sequel Agents of the Reaper will be available in paperbook and on e-book; subsequent titles in the series have also been picked up by the Austrialian-based publisher. In this second book, Sebastian becomes an agent of the Reaper in the ongoing battle against the pirates.
There’s special powers, the epic battle between good and evil, and an amazing perspective on facing fears. Truly a special treatment of life and death, good and evil, experience and responsibility, the books have received high acclaim from parents and young teen readers.
