NE Health District Adds 507 COVID-19 Cases; Rolling Average Up
No new deaths from the disease were reported on Sunday.

Below is a summary of COVID-19 data on Sunday for Oconee and Clarke counties and for the entire 10-county Northeast Health District.
- The Northeast Health District Added 507 New COVID-19 cases, resulting in an increase in the seven-day rolling average of added cases to 559.0 from 550.7.
- Oconee County added 42 cases and Clarke County added 93 cases.
- The District did not add any new deaths from the disease.
- The number of patients at area hospitals with COVID-19 increased by five, and four-in-ten of the patients in the hospitals have the disease.
- Oconee County schools reported two positive tests at schools since Friday.
- The unemployment rate, which had been dropping after a huge jump at the start of the pandemic, increased in November.
