NE Health District Adds 92 COVID-19 Cases, No Deaths From Disease

  • The Northeast Health District added 92 COVID-19 cases on Sunday, less than half the 186 added last Sunday.
  • The seven-day rolling average of added cases dropped to 170.9 cases per day.
  • The District did not add any deaths attributed to COVID-19 in the Georgia Department of Public Health’s Report on Sunday.
  • The seven-day rolling average of added deaths remained unchanged from Saturday.
  • Area hospitals reported one fewer COVID-19 patient on Sunday. The number of COVID-19 patients has decreased seven days in a row.
  • The Department of Public Health reported on Sunday the administration of 17,004 additional doses of the vaccines across the state.
