Oconee County: Keep Oconee County Beautiful Hosts Keep Georgia Beautiful Regional Retreat

The Keep Oconee County Beautiful Commission hosted a regional retreat for the Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation on Thursday, September 16, at Hedgerow Farm in Bishop.

Keep America Beautiful affiliates from surrounding areas came together to share information and best practices and discover new ways to partner with each other and other organizations in their communities. 

“KOCBC was honored to host this retreat,” said Keep Oconee County Beautiful Executive Director Cindy Pritchard. “It is always a great day when we can gather to work toward common goals. All agreed it was a true retreat with the idyllic setting, and attendees left reenergized by great round table discussions and shared experiences, returning to continue the important work for clean, green, and beautiful communities.”
