Oconee County Publishes Coronavirus Update For May 4

The Georgia Department of Public Health COVID-19 Daily Status Report https://dph.georgia.gov/covid-19-daily-status-report lists 65 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 9 hospitalizations in Oconee County as of 11:25 a.m. on May 4. Please continue to follow social distancing protocols and recommendations from the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In addition, Governor Kemp and Dr. Toomey from the Georgia Department of Public Health are urging Georgians to wear cloth face coverings in public settings where practicing social distancing may be difficult in order to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
