Oconee County Tax Comissioner’s Office Operational Update

The following changes will apply to the Oconee County Tax Commissioner’s Office beginning May 14:

We will open our office to the public on May 14 with limited access. We are asking that only the person conducting business enter the building-please plan accordingly. These considerations are for your protection, as well as that of our staff.

When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle and call us at 706-769-3917 for further instructions.

In-person customer service hours will be as follows:

Morning 8:15 until 12:15Afternoon 2:45 until 4:15

We will be closed daily for lunch from 1:15 to 2:30.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we do our best to accommodate our citizens while maintaining social distancing practices that have been recommended.
