• Joshua Andrew Stuart, 31, of Commerce, was charged with terroristic threats and possession of a firearm.

Sept. 3

• Stephen Jackson Smith, 22, of Old Epps Bridge Road, was charged with DUI.
• Derrick Smith, 32, homeless, was charged with probation violation.
• Ryan Mark Hayes, 28, of Suwanee, was charged with DUI and passing in a no passing zone.

Sept. 2

• Justin Craig Gunter, 35, of Pheasant Run, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• Kenneth Robert McCharge, 53, of Port Wentworth, was charged with probation violation.

Sept. 1

• Randy Leroy Echols, 45, of Carlton, was charged with driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
• James Donald Flint, 49, of Hickman Drive in Athens, was charged with failure to appear.

Aug. 31

• Jennifer Sue Stephens, 28, of High Shoals Road, was charged with no insurance, open container, unregistered vehicle, tag to misrepresent, and driving on a suspended license.
• Luke Aaron Wanager, 26, of Statham, was charged with probation violation.
• Ricky Randolph Thomas, 53, was charged with probation violation.
• Loryne Brooke Shepley, 29, of Winder, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Aug. 30

• , 30, of Ellenwood, was charged with first degree forgery. On Sept. 2, Hartz was also charged with interference with government property.
• Tae Young Kim, 21, of Weeping Willow Drive in Athens, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property and possession of a drug-related object.
• Evonda D. Ellison, 40, of Huntington Road in Athens, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and giving a false name.
• Jeffery Marcellus Williams, 47, of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, was charged with probation violation.

Aug. 29

• Edward Duke Brady, 48, of Arrowhead Road, was charged with driving on a suspended license.
• Tirrell Deon Bush, 37, of Parkview Homes in Athens, was charged with simple battery.
• Harvey Eugene Smith, 36, of Moreland Heights Drive, was charged with failure to appear.
