• Michael L. Brown, 49, of Old Salem Road, was charged with terroristic threats and acts.
• Brandon Pitts, 20, of Atlanta, was charged with failure to appear.
• Kendra Kenshay Marable, 23, of Derby Street in Athens, was charged with probation violation.

Aug. 11

• Shannon Jo Human, 30, of Bowman, was charged with failure to appear.

Aug. 10

• Gregory Bernard Jennings, 44, of Lone Star Drive, was charged with theft by taking.
• Michael Wayne Delay, 37, of Winder, was charged with contempt of superior court.

Aug. 9

• Joshua Blaze Burgess, 19, of Wildwood Place, was charged with two counts of theft by taking and one count criminal trespass.

Aug. 8

• Joshua Carlton Johnson, 31, of Whitehall Road in Athens, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, and failure to carry license on person.
• Jason Bradshaw, 31, of Monroe Highway, was charged with contempt of court.
