Oconee Docket Book Dec. 12-18
The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Sheriff's Office. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

Dec. 18
- Clifford S. Roberts, 36, of Clotfelter Road, was picked up on an active probation violation warrant for Hall County. Roberts was also charged in Oconee County with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.
- A 27-year-old male resident of Norman Road in Athens was charged with DUI.
- A 17-year-old man from the 4th Street Village Apartments in Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
Dec. 17
- A man from Rumson Road, 42, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container.
- A 22-year-old man from Timber Mill Drive was charged with battery, cruelty to children, and interference with a 911 call.

- Angel Anita Brightwell, 29, of Freeman Drive in Athens, was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
- A man, 23, of Lone Star Drive was charged with driving while license suspended and headlight requirements.
- A 31-year-old man from White Street was charged with failure to pay child support.
Dec. 15
- Richard Robert Beaton, 53, of Buford, was booked into the Oconee Count Jail as a sentenced inmate.

- A 28-year-old woman from Old Cord Mill in Athens was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
- Caleb Matthew McCannon, 20, of Fowler Mill Road, was charged with probation violation.
- A 30-year-old female resident of Hickman Drive in Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Kelsey Elizabeth Anderson, 21, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released on Dec. 15.
Dec. 13
- A 26-year-old man from Pinyon Pine Circle in Athens was charged with driving on a suspended license and no brake light working.
Dec. 12
- A 47-year-old woman from Landrum Road was charged with simple battery.
