- A 26-year-old Jefferson woman was charged with theft by shoplifting.

- A 30-year-old Watkinsville man was charged with battery.

- , 20, of Bishop, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug-related objects.
- Casey Louie Giminski, 36, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
- Joel Morton McGilray, 23, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
Jan. 20
- A 48-year-old Watkinsville woman was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
- A 24-year-old Buford woman was charged with DUI and speeding 87/55.
- A Winder man, 20, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Donna Faye Little, 47, of Arnoldsville, was booked into the jail as a sentenced inmate.

- 33, was charged with aggravated assault, two counts of battery, and four counts of terroristic threats and acts.
- 42, of Colbert, turned herself in on warrants for three felony charges and one misdemeanor charge of theft by taking.

Jan. 18
- Jessica Nicole Yeomans, 23, of Watkinsville, was charged with two counts of obtaining or attempting to obtain dangerous drugs by fraud, forgery, or concealment.
- A 20-year-old woman from Coile Road was charged with simple battery.
- Stephen Michael Johnson, 38, of Bethlehem, was charged with probation violation.
- A 23-year-old Bishop man was charged with criminal trespass.
- A 43-year-old Bogart man was booked on two counts of return of surety.
