- Liliana Munoz, 24, of Sussex Drive, was charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding.

- Jerome Taylor, 44, of Winterville, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, and too fast for conditions.
Nov. 5
- Douglas Dalton, 36, of Right Circle in Athens, was charged with suspended license and failure to maintain lane.
- Tiffanie Leanne Prater, 22, of Brookwood Drive, was charged with criminal trespass.

- James Spratlin, 63, of Barnett Shoals Road, was charged with DUI, endangering a child, failure to yield, and open container.
- Luz Estrella Matiz, 55, of Deni Court, was charged with probation violation.
- Simmie Ed Barnett, 57, of Odd Street in Athens, was charged with DUI, driving while license revoked, and failure to maintain lane.

- Bryan Wayne Bradshaw, 20, of Williamsburg Place, was charged with possession of tools for commission of a crime, criminal trespass, and theft by taking.
Nov. 2
- , 47, of Old Bishop Road, was charged with criminal attempt to commit theft by taking, possession of burglary tools and loitering and prowling.

- Anthony Curtis Thomas, 47, of Dowdy Road, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Bonnie Lee Mason, 49, of Sapphire Court in Athens, was booked into the Oconee County Jail as a sentenced inmate.
Oct. 31
- Benjamen Thomas Fricks, 21, of Windy Creek Drive, was charged with probation violation.
- Elton Ray Godwin, 76, of Tignall, Ga., was charged with two counts of simple battery.
- Terrion Deionte Jones, 19, of Rolling Ridge in Athens, was charged with theft by taking.
