The following information was gathered from booking reports.
Oct. 9
- Ricky Lee Patrick, 26, of Pete Dickens Road, was charged with criminal trespass.
- Charles Lee Carter, 35, of Regency Walk, was charged with battery and cruelty to children.
- Rodney Dale Hill, 38, of Jefferson, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Charles Tyler Coon, 18, of Jones Road, was charged with DUI under 21, failure to maintain lane, and class D restrictions.
- Christopher Daniel Tracey, 20, of Marietta, was charged with possession of marijuana, less than one ounce.

- Raymond Cole McDaniel, 19, of Hardigree Bell Road, was charged with probation violation.
- Anita Spataro Blackwell, 43, of Middleton Lane, was charged with probation violation.
- Kelsey E. Anderson, 21, of Westwood Drive in Athens, was charged with DUI.
Oct. 7
- Jay Wesley Middlebrooks, 22, of Pleasant Valley Road, was charged with probation violation.
- Casey Roy Hobbs, 19, of Colbert, was charged with speeding and fleeing/attempting to elude.

- Garrick Tyree Daniel, 29, of West Broad Street in Athens, was charged with theft by taking.
- Roger Lamar Walker, 41, of N. Peter Street in Athens, was charged with theft by taking.
Oct. 4
- Guy Gregory Robinson, 38, of Timbermill Run, was charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and interference will a 911 call.
- Kerry Lynn Riggins, 35, of Essex Road, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Bobby Randall Gee, 49, of Atlanta Highway, was charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.
Oct. 3
- Phillip Christopher Fugett, 34, of Hopping Road, was charged with no insurance, taillight requirements, unregistered vehicle, and no license on person.
