• Erin Patrice Thomas, 30, of Statham, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

Sept. 24

• Michael Terrence Sanders, 46, of Windy Hill Place in Athens, was charged with loitering and prowling.
• , 20, of Laurel Chase Run, was charged with three counts of theft by taking and one count of false ID.
• Shirley J. Cook, 49, of Athens, was charged with failure to maintain lane and DUI-less safe drugs.

Sept. 21

• Jeff M. Garland, 49, of Snellville, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Dennis Tyre Scott-Johnson, 19, of Lithonia, was charged with probation violation.
• Samuel Carlton Adams, 19, of Johnson Drive in Athens, was charged wtih probation violation.

Sept. 20

• Lyle Stephen Livesay, 24, of Hammond Creek Trail, was charged with simple battery.
• Stanley Tremont Laws, 39, of Lithonia, was charged with probation violation.

Sept. 19

• Joseph Daniel Baker, 23, of Loganville, was charged with shoplifting.
• Tadequa Chenell Brown, 36, of Greensboro, was charged with driving while licensed suspended and windshield requirements.
• Christopher Derron Fuller, 19, of Union Point, was charged with probation violation.
