Oconee Sheriff's Office Crime Report

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports and incident reports:

• On May 14, Lauren Elizabeth Lanard, 21, of 1081 Hardigree Bell Road was booked at the Oconee County Jail on a charge of theft by taking.
• Around 12:30 p.m. on May 14, a Watkinsville woman told deputies that she had been traveling north on Salem Road when she met a southbound vehicle that swerved in her path, forcing her to leave the roadway.  Reports say the woman knew and was involved in an ongoing dispute with the other driver.
• Garland Allen Paschal, 38, of 1311 Old Epps Bridge Road was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property on May 15.
• On May 15, Michael Wayne Barber, 51, of 1101 Marshall Store Road was arrested and charged with battery.
• Michael Leon Brown, 49, of Old Salem Road was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts, suspended registration, driving while license suspended, and no insurance on May 16.
• Chris Latrellis Dorsey, 18, of 1011 Old Salem Road was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by taking on May 17.
• On May 18, Raymond Cole McDaniel, 18, of 1070 Hardigree Bell Road was booked at the Oconee County Jail on one charge of theft by receiving stolen property.
