The Oconee County Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting at the practice's new office.

After serving patients for 14 years at an Athens location, Dr. James Parker has moved his practice to Oconee County. The new office, located at 1181 Langford Drive, boasts an outpatient surgery center for cosmetic procedures.
