Recreation and Fitness Director
This position is responsible for leading and managing the recreation and fitness ministries of Bethlehem First United Methodist Church, a growing 1,000 member congregation located in Bethlehem, GA. This is a 20 hour per week position.

Qualifications:
• Experience in managing a fitness center that includes overseeing staff and instructors.
• Ability to recruit, train, and lead a large number of volunteers.
• Proficient in large scale marketing within a local community in promoting gym membership.
• Provide guidance and leadership to staff and instructors that produces increased membership and satisfaction of members.
• Promote innovation and fresh ideas to grow the ministry and help church further outreach in local community.
