Rolling Averages COVID Deaths, Cases, In NE District Up Again
The rolling averages of added cases also increased for the second day in a row in Oconee and Clarke counties as well.

Below is a summary of COVID-19 data on Thursday for Oconee and Clarke counties and for the entire 10-county Northeast Health District.
The Northeast Health District added nine deaths attributed to COVID-19 and 179 new cases of the disease.
The new deaths and cases pushed up the seven-day rolling average of added deaths and added cases for the second day in a row.
The seven-day rolling average of added cases also increased in both Oconee and Clarke counties for the second day in a row.
The fourth positive test for COVID-19 since Monday was reported at North Oconee High School.
Area Hospitals reported a drop in the number of COVID-19 patients but increases in the number of ICU beds in use and adult ventilators in use.
The state reported additional shipments of 73,840 doses of COVID-19 vaccines.
