Don Martin, administrator for the Athens-Clarke County Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax program, will explain the activities of the unified government's Oversight Committee and Citizen Advisory Committee in a presentation tomorrow (March 26) at the Oconee County Library.The presentation will start at 7 p.m. at the library on Experiment Station Road in Watkinsville.The meeting, organized by citizen activist Russ Page, is open to the public.
