State Report Adds 14 COVID-19 Cases In Northeast Health District
The Daily Status Report of the Department of Public Health did not add any new reports of COVID-19 deaths in the District.

The Northeast Health District added 14 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Department of Public Health’s Daily Status Report issued at 1 p.m. on Memorial Day.
That number of new cases, which included two from both Oconee and Clarke counties, kept the seven-day rolling average of cases at 25.0, just down from 25.3 on Sunday.
No new deaths attributable to COVID-19 were reported in the 24-hour period ending at 1 p.m. on Monday in the 10-county Northeast Health District, according to the Department of Public Health report.

With no new deaths reported since Saturday in the Northeast Health District, the seven-day rolling average of deaths reported dropped from 1.6 on Sunday to 1.4 on Monday.
Neither the Department of Community Health nor the Georgia Emergency Management Agency issued a COVID-19 report on Sunday.

Across the state, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increased by 506 on Monday, and the seven-day rolling average of added cases dropped from 775.3 on Sunday to 751.9 on Monday.
The Daily Status Report listed 31,591 new tests on Monday, the largest number of new tests added ever added in a single day.
The number of new deaths attributable to COVID-19 in the state on Monday was six, and the seven-day average of new deaths reported dropped from 31.1 on Sunday to 26.9 on Monday.
