Thousands of Books Available at Oconee County Library Friends Book Sale

Volunteers with the Friends of the Oconee County Library say thousands of titles will be available at the annual book sale fundraiser this weekend. 

The event kicks off with a preview night Thursday from 4-8 p.m., exclusive to members of the Friends of the Library.  However, those wishing to join can sign up at the and shop away!

Doors will open for the regular sale on at 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on from 1-5 p.m.

Last year's sale netted $15,000, and volunteers say they hope to surpass that figure this year.
