Tractor Accident Results in Fatality at Local Tree Farm
EMS was dispatched to the tree farm on Sept. 11 at 12:25 p.m.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office is reporting that one man has died as a result of an apparent tractor accident at a local tree farm.
According to a press release, Mario A. Carranza, age 46, of Epps Bridge Road, was pronounced dead after EMS responded to an injured person call at Southeastern Growers located at 2240 Macon Highway on Tuesday, Sept. 11.
At this time no foul play is suspected in the case and the fatality appears to be the result of a tractor accident.
