"Where Do We Go From Here?" Preparing for Transition from High School for Students with Special Needs
A workshop for parents of students with disabilities Monday, November 10, 6:30 - 8:30 pm Oconee County Civic Center

Oconee County Schools is sponsoring a workshop for parents of students with special needs. Titled “Where Do We Go From Here? Preparing for Transition from High School”, parents can learn keys to successful transition to life after high school for their young adult with disabilities; the role of the school in transition planning; and things to consider as you are preparing for this important transition in your child’s life.
