"Where Do We Go From Here?" Preparing for Transition from High School for Students with Special Needs

Oconee County Schools is sponsoring a workshop for parents of students with special needs.  Titled “Where Do We Go From Here?  Preparing for Transition from High School”, parents can learn keys to successful transition to life after high school for their young adult with disabilities; the role of the school in transition planning; and things to consider as you are preparing for this important transition in your child’s life.  This workshop is presented in partnership with Parent to Parent of Georgia.   Register by email:  Amy McCollum, Parent Mentor for Special Education, Oconee County Schools amccollum@oconeeschools.org
