3P Technology Staffing, an IT recruiting and staffing firm described as a motley crew with varied backgrounds and differing coffee tastes, was named a 2013 Best Places to Work by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Under the leadership of president and CEO, T.C. Whittaker, 3P received first place in the Small Business category.
3P is one of the youngest companies to receive this recognition. Through reader nomination, 560 companies and organizations were submitted this year. More than 25,000 employees from the nominated companies completed a survey distributed by Quantum Workplace in July and August and survey results were analyzed based on employees’ voices and the data collected.
“We are a relatively young company, but building an organizational culture that is compassionate, supportive and unconventional has been our vision since opening our doors,” said Whittaker. “There are so many aspects to launching a business and to be recognized in only our second year of operation among Atlanta’s leading and more established organizations is remarkable and exciting. The Best Places to Work survey is conducted and published annually by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a means to recognize the companies focused on creating a positive, effective work environment for their employees.
