Sandy Springs police are looking for a 65-year-old resident of a nursing home who was last seen Tuesday evening.

The agency said Alfred Deboest left the Golden LivingCenter on Meridian Mark Road just after 7 p.m. July 14 and was taken by taxi to the Medical Center MARTA Station on Peachtree Dunwoody Road.
Sgt. Forrest Bohannon said Deboest rode the rail line south to the Arts Center MARTA station where he exited towards Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta.
Deboest was last seen wearing a gray shirt with green stripes, blue pants with a red stripe and athletic shoes.
Deboest, a black male, is 5 ‘11’’ tall, weighs around 220 pounds and has brown eyes, short black and gray hair and a goatee.
“Deboest suffers from schizophrenia, mild dementia and is aided by the use of a manual/standard wheelchair,” Bohannon stated.
