Allconnect Announces Chris Camerieri as General Counsel

Chris Camerieri has joined Allconnect, a leader in connecting consumers with home services, as a senior vice president general counsel.

ATLANTA, July 14, 2016 — Allconnect, a national leader in connecting consumers with essential home services, today announced that Chris Camerieri has joined the company as senior vice president, general counsel. Camerieri oversees all legal matters including labor, corporate governance, utility partner and channel partner contracts, risk mitigation and debt agreements.

“Chris is an analytical business leader with impressive experience,” said Sam Howe, Allconnect CEO. “We are excited to have him join our executive leadership team, where his deep understanding of corporate law will help shape the future growth of Allconnect.”

Camerieri has more than 20 years of legal experience. Most recently, he served as general counsel at News Distribution Network (NDN), a digital video and advertising firm, where he was responsible for all legal services, including negotiating licensing and service agreements and managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio. Prior to NDN, Camerieri was general counsel at Inovis, a B2B communications software company, and ADERANT (formerly Novient). He began his career as corporate counsel for eShare Technologies and PTEK Holdings, Inc.

Camerieri received his B.A. in accounting and his J.D. from the University of Georgia. He grew up in East Cobb, a community outside Atlanta, where he now lives with his wife and three daughters.
