Allconnect Announces Partnership with KCP&L to Provide Free, One-Stop Resource for Essential Home Services
Atlanta based Allconnect, Inc., announced today that it has teamed up with Kansas City Power & Light (KCP&L) to offer KCP&L customers Allconnect’s Move Advisor service, a free, one-stop resource that provides personalized assistance with essential home services.
KCP&L, a leading utility company serving portions of western Missouri and eastern Kansas, selected Allconnect for their proven experience in assisting customers when they transfer or establish power. Their customers now have the opportunity to easily review and choose among the numerous home services available – including Internet, cable TV, satellite TV, phone, and home security systems. Allconnect’s Home Service Advisors deliver an end-to-end experience, from service selection to activation, which offers consumers convenience and confidence in their purchases.
This is the second utility partnership that Atlanta-based Allconnect has established in as many months. The partnership with KCP&L adds Kansas and Missouri to its expanding footprint, continuing its growth in the utility industry. Through its utility relationships, Allconnect now reaches more than 50 million U.S. households and is the national leader in connecting moving utility customers with essential home services.
