Allconnect Celebrates 100,000 Transfers in One Year
Allconnect and Public Service Electric and Gas Company Start Strong, Celebrate 100,000 Transfers in a Little Over One Year
ATLANTA March 30, 2016 — Sandy Springs-based Allconnect, a national leader in connecting consumers with essential home services, today announced that it has supported the transfer of 100,000 calls from Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) since the two companies began partnering in late 2014. PSE&G is New Jersey’s oldest and largest regulated gas and electric delivery utility and serves nearly three-quarters of the state’s population.
In 2014, Allconnect began offering Connections from PSE&G, a free, one-stop resource that gives PSE&G customers personalized assistance with the selection and purchase of additional home services. In addition to generating 100,000 transfers, the program has also received a 90% customer satisfaction rating.
“Some of our newer partners like PSE&G are really setting the bar high,” said Allconnect CEO Sam Howe. “Since we launched with them just over a year ago, they have really embraced the benefits of this program for their customers. I’m really excited to see where we can take this partnership over the next several years.”

PSE&G customers who call to transfer or establish service have the opportunity to speak with an Allconnect home service advisor to review the numerous home service options specifically available at their new address, including satellite TV, cable TV, Internet, phone and home security systems. After discussing the plans, promotions and bundles available, the advisor then takes the order and schedules installation, providing end-to-end service.
