• Jamestown secures $72 million refinancing for Sandy Springs shopping centers (wsbtv.com) — Two major shopping centers on Roswell Road in central Sandy Springs just secured $72 million in refinancing, with funding earmarked for future upgrades and potential mixed-use redevelopment. Jamestown's investment in Parkside Shops and Whole Foods-anchored Hammond Exchange strengthens a key community retail hub, though no redevelopment timeline or zoning applications have been filed yet.
• Atlanta Radio: Big Tigger Returns To WVEE Morning Show (blogspot.com) — Charges have been dropped against radio host Big Tigger, who was arrested by Sandy Springs police in June after a domestic dispute at his Sandy Springs home, and he's returning to V-103's morning show. Prosecutors chose not to pursue the case after reviewing evidence, and station leaders say they're ready to welcome him back on air.
