Catherine Searight Joins Sandy Sprngs-based East West Manufacturing as Project Administrator

Catherine Searight has joined East West Manufacturing, a Sandy Springs-based contract manufacturing company which produces components and assemblies for U.S. and European original equipment manufacturers and distributors (www.ewmfg.com), as Project Administrator.  In her new role, Searight will assist in the planning of all engineering project details and schedules, and manage product launch into production.  She will serve as the liaison between the company’s U.S. and Asian operations and sales staff and customers.

 

“Catherine has a strong background and is familiar with third-party agency compliance,” said Jeff Sweeney, EW chief marketing officer and co-founder.  “In addition, she has solid project management skills, which will serve her well in this new position.”

Searight comes to East West Manufacturing from Cleveland Electric in Smyrna, Ga.  A native of Northern Ireland, she graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in political science.  Searight lives in Lawrenceville.
