“The Apprentice Program aligns with our commitment to community involvement by providing job training, work experience and a career path for motivated students” said Senior Vice President of Human Resources Suzanne Mitchell. “It also gives Delta Community’s front-line employees added support, which results in better service for our members.”
Students currently enrolled in the Apprentice Program will complete the same training as other newly-hired employees before beginning jobs in various Delta Community branches. Students interested in enrolling in the Apprentice Program in 2016 should contact their school’s Work-Based Learning coordinator for more information.
