Attorney's Husband to Return From Texas Jail in a Few Weeks

Michael Parson has waived extradition. In the next few weeks, he will return to Fulton County from Van Zandt County Texas Jail, according to the Fulton County District Attorney’s office.

The D.A. office said the case is pending indictment for the shooting of Adina Parson and will not be presented to a Grand Jury on Friday.

, three in the head, in the late night hours of April 20, outside her apartment at Residences of Morgan Falls off Roswell Road.  This week, she was moved from Grady Hospital to the Shepherd Spinal Center.
