Back 2 School Bash Returns to Sandy Springs
The city's annual event will be held Aug. 16 at Hammond Park.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Residents are invited to celebrate the start of the new school year at the city of Sandy Springs' annual Back 2 School Bash.
Grab a few friends and neighbors and head over to Hammond Park on Tuesday, Aug. 16 for the event, which will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You can enjoy the last few days of summer at an after-school party that will include water slides, games, a DJ, raffles, prizes, face painting, popcorn, snow cones and more. Of course, this event is free and open to the public.

Hosted by the Sandy Springs Recreation and Parks Department, parents will also have the opportunity to check out fall programming for their children, including the popular gymnastics classes and new programs such as fencing, rowing, yoga and Pilates classes.
Hammond Park is located at 705 Hammond Drive.
