NCJW has been working since 1895 to improve the lives of Atlanta’s women, children and families. We are also collecting school supplies for the Title 1 schools we service. We hope you are enjoying our more frequent sales. Times are tough for everyone and Bargainata is our primary fundraiser and has been for over 45 years. We hope you love what we’re doing. In addition to our Literacy program, we were founding members of the Genesis Shelter for Homeless Mothers and Newborns (now merged with “OUR HOUSE), started the first Assisted Living Facility in Atlanta, support Agape Community Center and has created a Mother’s Day Store at Lake Forest and Hightower Elementary Schools, providing Mother’s Day gifts for over 1800 of the mothers of children in those schools, and so much more in our 120 years in Atlanta! We are all volunteers! VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AND MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO EVERYONE WHOOHO BELIEVE IN HELPING TO REPAIR THE WORLD!!!
