Celebrate Local Bands, Beer With Rhythm & Brews
Heritage Sandy Springs is gearing up for its second annual Rhythm & Brews, which will be held April 8.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- Organizers are putting the final touches on the second annual Rhythm & Brews community event.
Heritage Sandy Springs will put on its second annual affair from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, April 8 at the Sandy Springs Society Entertainment Lawn, located on the corner of Sandy Springs Place and Blue Stone Road.
After three seasons of weeknight Rhythm and Brews concerts, the nonprofit organization decided to bring all the talented musicians and craft brewers together on one day for a community celebration of local bands and local beers.

Tickets, which can be purchased online, are $25 in advance for guests 21 and older or $35 on the day of the event. Tickets include entry into the event plus two complimentary brews and a souvenir koozie. Tickets for guests 13-20 (or designated drivers) are $15 in advance or $25 day-of and include entry into the event plus a souvenir koozie.
Children 12 and under are free with a paid adult. A limited number of VIP passes are available for guests 21 and ($55 advance/$65 day-of) and include air-conditioned VIP area and indoor restrooms, covered veranda overlooking entertainment stage, private bar access, four complimentary brews and, of course, a souvenir koozie.

Attendees can enjoy frosty beverages from local breweries like Red Hare, Monday Night, Jekyll, Reformation, Second Self, and Urban Tree Cidery as well as specialty fare from food trucks and local favorites.
Complimentary water will be available for all guests. Atlanta Sport and Social Club will be on site with cornhole, giant Jenga and other games. You can also expect to see local artists, area vendors and others set up shop at the event.
Parking is available on Sandy Springs Place in designated lots, as well as at the Sandy Springs United Methodist Church’s activity center, located near the intersection of Sandy Springs Circle and Hilderbrand Drive.
Absolutely no parking is allowed at CityWalk/Kroger or in other shopping centers. Attendees are encouraged to take public transportation or ride-sharing services.
Smoking is prohibited inside the event grounds, and no outside food/beverages or pets, except for special assist animals will be allowed. Blankets and lawn chairs are permitted. The event is rain or shine; no refunds.
Rhythm & Brews will feature the following musical acts:
- Wrenn (1:15 p.m. – 2 p.m.)
- All the Locals (2:20 p.m. – 3:05 p.m.)
- Sailing to Denver (3:25 p.m. – 4:10 p.m.)
- The Georgia Flood (4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- Larkin Poe (5:50 p.m. – 6:50 p.m.)
Rhythm & Brews is a fundraiser for Heritage Sandy Springs, a non-profit organization that promotes history, stewards a community park and enhances the cultural identity of the city.
