City Names Ticketing Partner For Performing Arts Center
California-based Paciolan has more than 37 years of experience serving more than 500 live entertainment organizations.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — The city of Sandy Springs said Thursday that it has entered into a partnership with an Irvine, California,-based company to provide ticketing and marketing automation services for the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.
Paciolan is the company chosen by the city to carry out these services at City Springs which, as readers know, includes the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre and Studio Theatre, as well as a programmable City Green and additional performance spaces.
City Springs is set to open for performances in September of this year. Paciolan is a leader in ticketing, fundraising, marketing and analytics solutions with more than 37 years of experience. It serves more than 500 live entertainment organizations that sell more than 120 million tickets each year, according to its website.

“It was important that we work with a ticketing partner with a strong performance reputation, as well as the flexibility to meet our needs as we launch and grow in our performance spaces," said Michael Enoch, general manager for the Performing Arts Center. "We look forward to working with Paciolan in bringing a multitude of arts and entertainment opportunities to the metro Atlanta region."
Paciolan’s all-in-one online ticketing and fundraising system will allow the city to sell tickets and process donations in real-time efficiently. An eCommerce website will provide arts and entertainment fans and donors with online services including account management, the ability to pick their seats, print-at-home and mobile ticketing, and a user-friendly website for patrons to manage their accounts and tickets.

Sandy Springs also plans to utilize Paciolan’s Marketing Automation tool, providing a personalized communication experience for fans through customized, triggered messaging campaigns and personalized URLs with tailored content to elevate the user experience. This platform integrates ticketing data, online browsing behavior and consumer response, with sales and marketing campaigns to provide greater insight into the organization’s customer base and allow for segmented and customized communications.
