City Springs Change Order Approved By Sandy Springs Leaders
The overall budget for the redevelopment project remains the same, the city notes.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA -- At its May 2 meeting, the Sandy Springs Public Facilities Authority approved another change order related to the City Springs project.
The $875,315 budget increase for Holder Construction Group did not change the overall budget for the project, which remains at $222.7 million, the city notes.
The approval increases the guaranteed maximum price for construction to $192.6 million, which was needed to cover scope and value additions to the project including sound acoustical panels, studio theater ceiling revisions, banner arms on light poles, a slip ramp and resolution of several allowances.
