City Springs Welcomes Food, Beverage Director
Andrew Borges will lead the culinary team at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center and the conference center at City Hall.

SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Sandy Springs staff has snagged an industry veteran to lead the culinary team at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center at City Springs and the conference center located within the new City Hall. Andrew Borges previously served in similar positions at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia and Citi Field in Flushing, New York.
Under his leadership, the Food and Beverage Department will deliver unique experiences focused on "regional flavors, quality ingredients and seasonally-driven menus," the city said.
Menus will feature a mix of classic southern favorites with tempting twists, as well as contemporary offerings highlighting some of the best local ingredients. The on-site food and beverage caterers will be able to offer custom-crafted menus for meetings and social events that will take place in the conference center and the versatile Studio Theater.
The Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center includes the 1,070-seat Byers Theatre, a 400-seat Studio Theatre, Conference Center and Rooftop Terrace event space, and the City Green programmable park.
