The officer received a call from Barrios, who later arrived in a taxi cab with the words "Hispanicos Taxi Cab" written on the sides of both doors, the report states.

The cab finally pulled into a parking space, and a male wearing a light blue shirt got out of the front passenger seat of the taxi, walked over to a blue Honda Odyssey mini-van and got into the vehicle.

Authorities met up with the taxi cab on the far end of the parking lot near the backside of Lenny's Sub Shop, the report notes.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that occupants inside the mini-van transported the kilos of cocaine to the incident location.

The cocaine, which weighed 4.8 pounds, was concealed inside the orange box, and the two grams of meth was discovered inside the glove compartment box.

Additionally, $5,630 in cash was recovered during the operation.

Perez Barrios and Delgado Bermundez are both charged with one count each of possession of methamphetamine, sale of cocaine and trafficking in cocaine, illegal drugs, marijuana or meth. Each man also has an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold placed on them.

Romero and Mendoza-Estrada are only charged with sale of cocaine and trafficking. Mendoza-Estrada also has an ICE hold. All four men were booked into the Fulton County Jail April 1 and remain held with no bond.
