Community Assistance Center Names 2020 Board Of Directors
Community Assistance Center is a volunteer-driven nonprofit serving Sandy Springs providing basic needs to prevent homelessness.
SANDY SPRINGS, GA — Community Assistance Center has announced its 2020 board of directors. Board members volunteer their time and bring their expertise and knowledge to help guide the nonprofit now and into the future.
New to the board this year are Jennifer Hartz, Corporate Hartz; Brandi Hoyos, Mount Vernon Presbyterian School; Alana Leverette, Glover Street Group and Matt Lindsay, Mather Economics.
Community Assistance Center thanks departing board members for their service, Toshia Battle, Northrop Grumman; Terri Polk of Coca Cola, Mary Beth Spence, UPS and Carla Chaney, Equifax.

The 19-member board of directors is lead by Board President Nancy Berger of AT&T.
Community Assistance Center is a volunteer-driven nonprofit serving Sandy Springs and Dunwoody. Community Assistance Center serves as a safety net for the most vulnerable in our community. The agency provides basic needs to prevent homelessness and hunger and promotes self-sufficiency with free adult education. Since its founding in 1987, Community Assistance Center has touched 24,000 families in the community.
