The upscale retail thrift shop offers a wide selection of new, gently worn, and designer clothing. The shop offers clothes, shoes and accessories for men, women and children, home goods and furniture.

Community Assistance Center Upscale Thrift, located at 8607 Roswell Road, is open to the public for shopping as well as to Community Assistance Center clients who “purchase” clothes with vouchers. The shop provides free clothing to more than 300 clients per month. Proceeds from sales go back into programs to prevent hunger and homelessness.

More than 75 volunteers give time on a regular basis to operate the store and work behind the scenes to take in donations, sort and prepare them for sale in the store. More volunteers from business and civic groups help sort donations throughout the year.

Donations of clean, gently worn clothes, shoes, accessories, linens, small home goods and furniture in good condition are accepted. All donations are tax-deductible.
