  1. Fulton County's District Attorney Fani Willis reports that her office will continue to use rap lyrics in criminal cases. During her press conference, Willis provided some legal advice: "Don't confess to crimes on rap lyrics." She denied claims she was targeting rappers specifically. Her office has been criticized by some for using Young Thug's lyrics in an indictment on Aug. 5. (NBC News)
  2. A federal judge has denied Senator Lindsey Graham's attempt to quash a subpoena in the Fulton County election probe. Judge Leigh Martin May announced the decision on Thursday. The federal judge did put limitations on the questions that the county's prosecutors could ask, however. (Fox News)
  3. The City of Sandy Springs has earned the top AAA long-term credit rating. This is the highest credit rating that a municipality can earn through Standard & Poor. The designation means that the confidence that the city will repay a debt is high. According to Standard & Poor, the city has demonstrated fiscal prudence and economic resilience.
