"During the encounter, the victim exchanged words with the male and then noticed the male acting suspiciously," the report states.

The victim then asked the man if she could come inside his apartment unit, but the suspect asked the woman to "follow him to the rear of the building," the report states.

That's when the suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun and demand the victim's money and cell phone. The woman had about $460 stolen from her, the report notes.

"After the robbery, the victim said the male grabbed her by her head and told her to perform oral sex on him," according to the report.

The woman told police the suspect promised to return her phone if she performed the sex act, but she continued to refuse. She tried to reach for the man's gun, which she said he placed on a ledge, but the suspect allegedly grabbed the firearm and pointed it at her head, according to the report.

The woman said the man suddenly became upset and fled the area, which gave her the chance to run and call authorities.

The suspect is described as a black male about 6 feet tall, weighs about 280 pounds and has a bald head. The firearm is described as a handgun with a wooden handle and silver frame. The victim told police she saw the man, who identified himself as "John," walk towards a dark colored sedan, possibly a Dodge Charger.
