A Day of Service: Helping Children Understand Business, Finance and Investing

eVestment sent a squad of employees to downtown Atlanta's Junior Achievement Discovery Center to volunteer with children at the center this week. This was one of several community-service activities eVestment participates in with various Atlanta-based charities in our headquarters city.

The Junior Achievement Discovery Center is especially meaningful to eVestment's employees as it teaches children about business, finance and investing – all topics dear to their hearts as a global leader in institutional investment data and analytics!

Every year more than 30,000 middle school students from Atlanta area schools have the opportunity to take part in JA BizTown and JA Finance Park. The high-impact education center allows middle school students to experience learning like never before. Following a series of in-class lessons, the experience at the JA Chick-fil-A Foundation Discovery Center brings education to life and provides students with an immersive learning experience that gives them a glimpse of what their futures can entail.
